DECLARATION OF OBJECTIVE
DATers commits itself to the pursuit of the following objectives:
Section 1. strives to widen its existence for better performances by each and every member
Section 2. To promote the moral and social well-being of all the members.
Section 3. To protect and uphold the individual and collective rights of all the members.
Section 4. To foster harmonious and progressive equality among members.
Section 5. To perform duties and responsibilities, implement policies and other measures that will promote social and general well-being of all the members in particular, and equality, in general.
Section 6. To promote the enlightenment of all the members in regard to their rights and obligations as DAT’ers members.
Section 7. To foster friendship and cooperation despite the distance and differences
Section 8.To stimulate discipline and respect as a member and as a part of a whole, while cooperating through communication and still not setting the fact the enjoyment is still its primary purpose.

MISSION
To serve as a humble instrument within members in developing their awareness and commitment.
To strengthen the unity and cooperation among members, in particular, and , in general.
To carry out collective action to the needs of each member. To help out one another in times of needs.
To plan and set up clan reunions, events and gatherings, to update members for the recent news and happening that concerns the whole group.
VISION
We envision a vibrant and diverse Dat'ers where all members are provided with the social growth and human development as well as gain all the capacities to maximize and extend it to others.
Where the younger generation, under the inspiration, guidance and help of the Organization, are being prepared to be productive and effective members of society and a better citizen which will carry on the process of continuing the full realization of making the Dat'ers.

PRINCIPLES
1. Open and voluntary membership – open to all persons without gender,social, racial, political or religious discrimination.Membership is voluntary.
2. Education, Training and Information – provide education and training for their members, and appointed admins so that they can so that they can contribute effectively to the development of their group.
3. Cooperation among groups – work with other subgroups and subsidiaries.
4. Concern for the community – initiate and support projects for the good of the community. ( welfare of the members and community they belong)
5.Helps everyone to grow in their fields and offers activities that can be helpful to everyone.
HISTORY
Who would have thought DATers will grow and leave unremarkable name on NETWORKING SITE. It was unintended to form or create a group at the first place but because founder DINN ARKEN TOLENTINO where name of the group has taken, sooner after becomes DAT’ers had been into personal issue regarding love life at that time broke up relationship in particular. He pursued creating a group titled DINN ARKEN TOLENTINO PAGE founded on the month of JUNE 2011, he do have four facebook accounts at that time that triggered him to think an alternative way to come up into something that he could probably unite into one account where DINN ARKEN TOLENTINO PAGE been created .it was then, fine opportunity to him to transfer his emotion by doing something else as having personal issues at that moment. The group was not that big as it is right now, it has only three thousand member (3,000) where “TRES MALANDITAS” born. Namely RAMIL, SOPIA and CRIZ. These guys strengthen the foundation of the group that resulted FRIENDSHIP and has been already EVOLVED. The group conducted an event entitled: LAST COMMENT COMPETITION reached ten thousand comments and hundred of likes, a trending competition that made the group legacy. The prized was sponsored by ROLAIDA, RODGE ANG NAIME. The winner was named MARBEN.
A month after, the group becomes bigger and bigger that almost reach 10 thousand member where the next event has been conducted “PROFILE PHOTO CONTEST” a remarkable event where we found circle of friends. Dhan rosiene Mendoza, bobsky, erpei, milo, and so on. As the completion goes, we were busy developing the friendhip that has started. We grabbed the opportunity to hear our voices and exchanging thoughts thru CONFI. It was then, the first EYE BALL happened between the FOUNDER, dhan ,erpie and milo at SM BACOOR. The first meet up happened on the group. After then, the general grand eyeball was planned on the month of November hold at MALL OF ASIA where jerson from baguio took his road down here n manila , and while JUN took his flyt from Mindoro to manila and as we, here at metro busy preaparing the FIRST BIG EVENT on the history of the group. We meet a lot of people and celebrated at hongkong plaza pasay city.
We invited thousands of member from the group, weve noticed that we haven’t enough power to entertain those people who are willing to join with, reason that the founder declared to have subgroup per location and chapter. The founder created cavite daters (CAD) as one of the pioneer subgroup hadled by dhan. Next was MANILA daters(MAD) handle by jolan and little guy name takkurre, after then, RPM, QCM, and so on until he founded the 20 subgroup/chapters all over Philippines.
The first NATIONAL GEB was held on the month of December 3 20011, where the SUBGROUPS has been devided into three particular coverage. UPPER LUZON GUILD consisting NBD, NTP, PZD,BVD was handled by miyaka. He assured to DATERS first national geb will be successful, and it was from BULACAN anmd at the same time BAGUIO AREA was celebrating too headed by admin jerson. While LOWER LUZON GUILD handle by ambassador sean Castillo namely MAD, RPM,QCM, PMM and PLTM conducted the national GEB at CUBAO BAR, while LOWER LUZON GUILD headed by ambassador dhan consisting subgroup, CAD,MID,BID,and LBLQ celebrated the national GEB at IMUS CAVITE.
